Description
Nitib 140 mg (Ibrutinib)
Nitib 140 mg (Ibrutinib) contains a drug moiety known as Ibrutinib. It is the type of drug used to treat blood cancers, including mantle cell lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia.
A small drug moiety impedes β-cell multiplication and survival by irreversibly attaching the protein Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK), blocking the BTK will inhibit the β-cell receptor pathway that is often abnormally active in β-cell cancers.
Nitib 140 mg (Ibrutinib) binds permanently to a protein called BTK, which is vital in β-cell. It is a medication prescribed for treating or curing adult patients with blood cancers such as Chronic Graft Versus Host Disease, Marginal zone lymphoma, Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia, mantle cell lymphoma, and smallpox lymphocytic lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
Nitib 140 mg (Ibrutinib) is the first-line treatment in people newly diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) blood cancer and need the treatment. These capsules can also be used for chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) that reverts or retreats.
Ibrutinib is an active component of the Nitib 140 mg (Ibrutinib). It works in a way that it obstructs the action of a specific protein known as Bruton’s tyrosine kinase or BTK ( a protein that is found in the β-cells) and it impels signals to the other parts of the body that help β-cells to proliferate and survive.
But these generic capsules block BTK and help eradicate and reduce the number of cancer β-cells. This stops and slows down the progression of cancer.
