Thyroid carcinoma (Radioactive iodine-refractory differentiated thyroid cancer)

How does Sorafekast work?

It is a multikinase inhibitor

It inhibits several protein kinases

It inhibits new blood vessel formation, cuts off the blood supply and oxygen to cancer cells, causing cancer cell death.
