How does Bosentan work?
It relaxes the blood vessels by blocking the natural vasoconstrictor receptors present in the blood.
It dilates the blood vessels and reduces blood pressure in the lungs.

- • Low blood count
- • Fluid retention
- • Cardiac failure
- • Impaired sperm production in men

- • Not to be used in patients-
- • Hypersensitivity or allergy to the drug components
- • Pregnant and breastfeeding
- • Severe liver disorders
