What is Fulvekast?

It is estrogen receptor down regulator, used to treat hormone therapy-resistant breast cancers.

Uses -

HER2-positive breast cancer

HER-2 negative breast cancer

Metastatic breast cancer in postmenopausal women.

How does Fulvekast work?

Selective Estrogen Receptor Antagonist.

It inhibits estrogen hormone, which causes cancer cells to grow.

Stops cancer cell growth.

Shrink the tumor.
