What is Imatikast?

Uses of Imatikast -

Chronic myeloid leukemia

Lymphoblastic leukemia

Gastrointestinal tumors

Philadelphia Chromosome-Positive leukemia

How does Imatikast work?

Inhibit protein kinases that cause cell division and multiplication.

It blocks the rapidly dividing cancer cells.

Fluid retention

Skin rash

Headache

Indigestion- nausea, diarrhea

Abdominal pain

Loss of appetite

Muscle pain, joint pain

Anemia
