What is Lapakast?
Lapakast is an anticancer medicine that is used orally against solid tumors and breast cancers.

• Metastatic Breast Cancer
• Lung cancer
How does Lepakast work?
It causes programmed cell death by inhibiting HER-2 and EGFR receptors.
It inhibits signals for cancer cell growth and division.

• Anorexia
• Diarrhea
• Skin rashes, itchiness
• Stomatitis, constipation, and abdominal pain
• Palmar-plantar erythrodysaesthesia
