What is Lenakast?

It is an immune-modulatory drug, used as an anti-neoplastic against various types of blood cancers.

Uses of Lenakast

Relapsed /refractory multiple myeloma,

Relapsed or refractory lymphoma of mantle cell.

Bone marrow disorders

How does Lenakast work?

It improves the immune system, inhibits the process of formation of new cells, causing cell starvation and cell death.

Weakness

Mouth ulcers

Skin rashes

Loss of appetite

GIT troubles- abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation

Myelosuppression

Not to be used if any previous allergy or hypersensitivity to lenalinomide or any excipients.
