Radioactive Iodine- refractory differentiated Thyroid cancer

Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Endometrial Carcinoma

How does Lenvakast work?

It is a multiple tyrosine kinase inhibitor

It blocks several kinase enzymes

Inhibits angiogenesis.

Cause cancer cells to starve and die.

Common side effects include -

High BP

Tiredness

Diarrhea

Nausea

Loss of appetite

Weight decline

Hand and foot syndrome

Pain in muscles and joints

Delayed wound healing

Serious Side-effects
