What is Posiact?

It is an anticancer medicine effective against multiple cancers.

Uses

Small Cell Lung Cancer, Acute Leukemia, Bladder Cancer, Spread Of Cancer Cells, Cancer Of The Testicles.

Working of Posiact -

It inhibits the DNA replication enzyme.

Stops cancer cell growth.

Causes cancer cell death.

Contraindication -

Hypersensitivity and allergy to the drug composition.

Breastfeeding mothers

Pregnant women

Adverse effects - chills, fever, dizziness, fainting, fast heartbeat, swelling of face and tongue, breathing troubles.

Myelosuppresant

Gastrointestinal bleeding

Painful mouth sores

Renal toxicity

Hypotension

Secondary malignancies

Severe infections

Cause temporary or permanent infertility

Precautions - Carefully administered in patients with -

Hepatic dysfunctions

Renal impairment.

Preserve eggs or sperm, may cause infertility
