Liver
CAUTION
Patients with acute liver problems should use Sirova 1mg Tablet with caution. A change in the dosage of Sirova 1mg Tablet is possible. Please seek medical advice.
No change in the dosage of Sirova 1mg Tablet is required for patients with mild to moderate liver disease.
Tips

While you’re taking this prescription, don’t drink grapefruit juice. This is due of a compound found in grapefruit juice that boosts the bioavailability of Sirova 1mg Tablet. Because of this, adverse effects are more probable.
The use of Sirova 1mg Tablet may slightly raise the chance of developing skin cancer. Never use a tanning bed, and stay out of the direct sun if possible (SPF of at least 15).
