  • Bleeding disorder
  • Cardiovascular diseases
  • Hepatic, renal impairment
  • Recent surgery or wound
  • Disorders of the stomach

Toxicities

  • Myelosuppression – low blood count
  • Pleural effusion – shortness of breath, fluid buildup around lungs
  • Hematological toxicity – bleeding risk, decreased platelet count
  • Hepatotoxicity – elevated enzymes
  • QT Prolongation – irregular heartbeats

To be used under medical supervision or a doctor’s prescription.
