- Recent surgery or wound
- Disorders of the stomach
Toxicities
- Myelosuppression – low blood count
- Pleural effusion – shortness of breath, fluid buildup around lungs
- Hematological toxicity – bleeding risk, decreased platelet count
- Hepatotoxicity – elevated enzymes
- QT Prolongation – irregular heartbeats
