Instgra 30 Tab/90 Tab
The Instgra (Dolutegravir 50 mg) is a medicine taken orally for patients who have HIV (Human immunodeficiency virus). The patients are generally adults, adolescents, and children above the age of six. The Instgra drug contains dolutegravir, which belongs to anti-retrioviral medicines called integrase inhibitors (INIs). HIV attacks the body’s immune system and can be transmitted through contaminated blood, semen, and vaginal fluid. This anti-HIV drug helps increase a type of white blood cell, called CD4, to help fight the infection. It works through the inhibition of the HIV integrase that blocks the strand transfer step of the retroviral DNA, which is important for the production of HIV in the body. Thus, it stops the viral activity. The Instgra 50mg is given to the patients with other anti-retrioviral medicines in combination therapy. The Instgra (Dolutegravir 50 mg) is given to those patients infected with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).
